Able to read and understand construction drawings and detect discrepancies for combined services.
Responsible for the smooth and timely completion of projects
Maintain all operational documentations and records
Monitor and review performance of mechanics and draughtman
Preparation of design report, calculation, drawings, specification, cost estimation and details/ schedules for projects.
Prepare and issue of weekly and Monthly QA/QC reports.
Manage projects or project components, budgets, schedules, quality assurance and client feedback and ensuring effective communication of any changes/modifications to ensure cost control, maintain project timeline, manage manpower resources for the project.
Undertake ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by sale manager / director
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
At least 2 years experiences, preferably in the building & construction.
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Ability to communicate complex concepts
Able to work independently and in a team
Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
Required to travel to construction sites and analyze the deployed machineries repair status when the need arises.
Good understanding of local regulatory and code requirements.
