Our client is from Oil and Gas industry, a local leading player. They are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor for the next phase of their business. They are located in West.
Duties of Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor:
- Supervise in-house contractors and vendors to ensure safe and efficient execution of mechanical tasks.
- Develop and update maintenance plans and schedules to minimize production disruptions.
- Analyze equipment performance to identify issues and propose improvements.
- Ensure maintenance plans meet engineering standards and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare maintenance documentation, including checklists and risk assessments.
- Achieve maintenance KPIs and support technician training and development.
- Manage manpower, including overtime and emergency planning.
- Oversee spare parts and warehouse activities, including stock management and ordering.
- Handle service contract scopes, PR, and evaluations.
- Forecast, monitor, and manage maintenance budget.
- Participate in emergency response and assume relevant roles as needed.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering related field.
- Min 8 years experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
- Experience in mechanical maintenance and supervisory
