Responsibilites:
- Responsible in leading a team of Technicians for Facilities Management Activities
- Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works
- To carry out all preventive and breakdown maintenance for Mechanical Services
- Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs
- Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively
- Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals
- Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned
- Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works
- Execution and supervision of all facilities management and operational activities
- Leads a team of technicians in trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance works
- Supervision of term contractors
Requirement:
- Higher Nitec or Nitec in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in mechanical facilities management
- Able to perform mechanical troubleshooting
- Able to work in a hospital
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
