Mechanical Supervisor (Hospital Facilities)

Responsibilites:

• Responsible in leading a team of Technicians for Facilities Management Activities
• Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works
• To carry out all preventive and breakdown maintenance for Mechanical Services
• Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs
• Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively
• Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals
• Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned
• Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works
• Execution and supervision of all facilities management and operational activities
• Leads a team of technicians in trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance works
• Supervision of term contractors

Requirement:

• Higher Nitec or Nitec in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in mechanical facilities management
• Able to perform mechanical troubleshooting
• Able to work in a hospital
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
