Mechanical Technician

Responsibilities

• To adhere to prevailing Company SOPs including service KPIs.
• To carry out indoor and outdoor service jobs (commission, repair, troubleshoot, inspection, modification, warranty checks).
• To investigate customer complaints (product defects, failures or non-conformance) and recommend solutions.
• To issue customer outdoor and indoor service reports.
• To disassemble cancelled units for stock return.
• To provide service and maintenance training sessions on product usage for customers.
• To supervise ADs during service works and to report discrepancies if any.

Requirements

• ITE in Engineering (Mechanical) + 1-2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent qualifications.
• Diploma in Mechanical with no prior experience.
• English language proficiency needed to prepare service reports.
• Willing to work paid overtime after normal work hours.
• Willing to travel around Singapore for outdoor service.
• Independent, responsible and self-motivated with a hands-on approach to work.
• Willing to travel overseas for work (On rare occasions).
