Job Description

  1. Respond to and attend to customer service and repair requests to resolve issues and conduct scheduled maintenance services.
  2. Supports the installation, commissioning, service and maintenance requirements for food waste valorisation system in Singapore.
  3. Supports remote technical troubleshooting of units.
  4. Liaise with third-party service contractors and component manufacturers where required.
  5. Assist with on-site operational training and facilitate on-site rollout.
