Havas Media Singapore is looking for a Media Planner - Senior Media Planner with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in integrated media planning and campaign implementation across offline and online platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
Reporting to a team lead, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, tactical execution, implementation, optimisation and performance analysis of integrated media campaigns covering channels and platforms including FTA, Radio, Out-of-Home, Press, KOL/Influencer, Digital, Social, and Mobile.
Planning
- Assist team in developing media strategies and recommendations to help clients achieve their business goals and KPIs
- Drive strategic and tactical innovation across offline and online media platforms (e.g. FTA, Radio, Out-of-Home, Press, KOL / Influencer, Social, Digital, and Mobile)
- Build strong relationships and engage clients on day-to-day operations
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of campaign administration and operations
Campaign Implementation
- Work with media partners and traders to coordinate the end-to-end execution of campaign proposals
- Implement campaigns across offline and online media platforms
- Campaign administration liaise with clients for material submission which meet the best practice guidelines for the ad format and work with media owners to ensure that the guidelines are up to date and accurate
- Digital ad operations including the review of creative assets in accordance with channel specifications and ad trafficking
- Monitor and optimise campaigns
- Deliver interim and post-campaign reports to provide insight and recommendations on media performance
- Campaign financial administration work with billing team to ensure that plans are billed correctly, and in a timely manner
Requirements for this role:
- Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines; or relevant work experience
- At least 3 years of direct experience in media planning for integrated media campaigns (including TV and other offline channels (required), digital display, ad networks, and third-party partners)
- Knowledge & proficiency in digital buying platforms (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360)
- Knowledge & proficiency in digital marketing platforms strongly preferred (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch)
- Good understanding of the media and advertising landscape in Singapore (including offline, digital display, ad networks and third-party partners), and local market nuances
