We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven Junior Medical Device Sales Representative to join our Singapore team. In this role, you'll be essential in building relationships, understanding client needs, and promoting our medical devices. As you will be working closely with healthcare facilities and professionals, integrity and effective communication are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and client facilities.
- Conduct regular client visits, providing product support, training, and gathering feedback.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports detailing activities and outcomes.
- Stay informed on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in collaboration with the sales team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-oriented approach.
- High level of integrity, especially in handling sensitive healthcare-related information.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet performance targets.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not essential.
