Drive sales by actively prospecting, securing, and nurturing new accounts, collaborating closely with customer to meet sales targets through training and support
Identify brand opportunities in the market, strategize with the reporting manager on sales plans, and conduct events, training, and brand activations to boost sales
Turn around underperforming accounts by providing dedicated support, analyzing data, and addressing root causes of challenges
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clinics delivering brand-aligned storytelling to enhance customer knowledge and enthusiasm
Collaborate on creating relevant sales kits, oversee all sales activities and projects, and consistently aim to meet or exceed Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Requirements
Minimum of 23 years in sales, preferably in the healthcare sector (e.g. selling to GPs and doctors
Strong interpersonal, communication, and planning abilities
Results-oriented with a proven sales track record and a passion for customer engagement
