Responsibilities:

• Provide support across different programmes under the entity.
• Conduct assessment on referral case to identify suitability to be enrolled to programmes
• Refer cases to suitable assistance schemes and community services
• Conduct assessment on clients needs and conditions
• Work closely with community partners to increase programmes visibility
• Ensure up-to-date records of beneficiary
• Work with volunteers to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work
• Candidate with at least 1 year of experience is preferred
