What you'll be doing

• Provide personalized, specialised, and cost-effective patient services within the designated area, adhering to established hospital policies, procedures, and standards of practice
• Evaluate patients for mental health issues and provide case formulation along with treatment recommendations
• Deliver appropriate counseling and psychotherapy to both inpatients and outpatients as identified
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to contribute to the overall care plan and facilitate the transition to adult care for patients
• Develop workflows for improved patient care, initiate new psychosocial programs, assist in creating teaching materials, and provide in-service training for departmental staff as needed

What we're looking for

• Degree holder in Social Work
• Preferably 2 - 3 years of related work experience in clinical service will be advantageous
