Medical Technologist (Genomics & Genetics) - Ref:HC

Job Scope:

• Perform diagnostic testing on in vitro fertilized embryos of patients undergoing pre-implantation genetic testing (PGT).
• Conduct PGT for common single gene disorders and chromosomal abnormalities.
• Conduct PGT for Aneuploidy
• Develop custom diagnostic assays for rare single gene disorders.
• Participate in annual External Quality Assessment (EQA).
• Provide support to centre's daily operation
• Participate in department's service quality program
• Ad doc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Technology, Life Sciences or equivalent
• Candidates with relevant work experience in Molecular Biology, Genomics and Genetics would be an added advantage.
• Good organization, interpersonal and communication skills
