Your new role
To achieve individual financial and non-financial targets by acquiring, growing and retaining profitable Medium Enterprise customers within acceptable risk parameters. Market and sell bank products including trade, cash management, treasury and investment. Prepare credit proposals and loan applications for customers and also prepare annual reviews on a timely basis. Work closely with the credit team to ensure good quality lending decisions are made while ensuring strict adherence to the prevailing EAR / credit policy.
What you'll need to succeed
University Graduate in Finance
Minimum of 3 years of relevant relationship manager experience in medium enterprise banking
Strong track record in acquiring new-to-bank trade clients
Excellent financial analysis skills and ability to assess client creditworthiness and key risk considerations / mitigations
Strong knowledge of trade products
