Key Responsibilities:
. Serve as the first point of contact for all guests and members, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
. Handle inbound inquiries, providing accurate information and directing them to the appropriate departments.
. Maintain a high level of professionalism while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
. Monitor and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
. Process administrative tasks including membership registrations, invoicing, and handling payments.
. Support community engagement by coordinating member events, activities, and networking opportunities.
. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the coworking space.
Requirements:
. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field.
. Good verbal and written communication skills.
. Friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude with a passion for helping others.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.
. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
. Relevant experience in operations management or leasing roles preferred.
. Ability to work independently.
