Key Responsibilities/Duties:

• Actively creating leads, following them up, and converting them into new Fitness First members.
• Actively engage with new and existing members to obtain potential referrals
• Build rapport with prospective members to identify their needs.
• Demonstrate how the facilities and offerings at Fitness First can help them to achieve their health and fitness goals.
• Providing support at Front of House to ensure our members receive the unparalleled Fitness First experience.
• Work as a team to successfully exceed the sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Passionate in Fitness, exercising and working out.
• Possesses a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and excellent work ethics
• Pro-active, work well independently and in a team, sales-driven to go further.
• Any prior sales experience are welcome.
• Candidates with no experience but are sales-driven are welcomed to apply.
