Job Descriptions:

• Project lead for turn-key MEP projects.
• Experienced with plan submissions to all local authorities.
• Proficient in MEP design.
• Liaised with stakeholders including owners, clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Led and chaired weekly project progress meetings.
• Oversaw testing, commissioning, and project closure.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or other related studies.
• Proficient knowledge in MEP project and authorisation submission (BCA etc)
• Minimum 10 years experience in MEP/M&E project management
