Merchandiser [fashion, quotation, delivery, sample, order] - TRAN

Job Responsibilities:

• Process buyers orders and manage customer service inquiries.
• Coordinate the preparation of samples.
• Work closely with production teams to manage order lead times, resolve daily issues, and ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with suppliers and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, purchase orders, delivery orders, and handle data entry.
• Plan and manage the delivery schedule to ensure on-time fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Experience in the garment industry or a Diploma in Fashion Merchandising or a related field.
• Strong communication skills.
• A collaborative team player who is self-driven, highly motivated, and able to work independently.
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.
