Position Summary

The Merchant Operations (MO) team is part of the Customer Service and Operations division in NETS. This team is responsible for verifying and onboarding customers onto NETS internal systems.The Project Lead will be tied to the Records Remediation project and will report to the Merchant Operations.

Key Responsibilites:

Overall lead for the Record Remediation project In charge of a team of 4 project officers Documenting and tracking files and documents containing past merchant records received from vendor Ensure that all documents containing confidential information are handled and stored appropriately Sort and repack files and documents based on established criteria Scan required documents according to the established process, ensuring the quality and correctness of scanned documents Managing and reporting of project status Maintaining and ensuring data integrity & security

Requirements

Diploma or above

2-4 years of relevant work experience preferred

Prior experience with document digitization projects (transition from hardcopy to softcopy) and leadership roles will be an advantage

Meticulous and able to work under tight deadlines

Conscientious & team player

Good interpersonal & communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office
