Job Scope:
- To support business development efforts during pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales support by:
1.Providing technical expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
2.Designing and presenting ecommerce solutions for clients and partners
3.Conducting internal and external training
- Point of contact point between technology team and business / product development team technical issues/bugs.
- Able to decipher/decoded merchant logs and troubleshoot.
- To review and coordinate the enhancement of partner solutions, also ensuring that relevant technical documentation and materials are up to date.
- To work with other teams within the company for multi-country solutions
- Assist with merchant integration and support integration related queries, deciphering/decoding merchant logs and troubleshoot
- Monitor daily batch jobs and operational functions within the systems
- Manage merchant helpdesk or merchant/customer issues and maintain work with technical teams to provide visibility on the issue and resolution (including providing the RCA).
- System monitoring and SLA follow ups.
Qualifications:
- 3 years working experience in payment, retail or IT solutions vendors
- Extensive pre-sales / post sales or consulting experience
- Experience in fintech, payment gateway would be an advantage
- API-based programming skills is an advantage
- Solid understanding of front-to-back payment processes
- Excellent client-facing, communication and presentation
