Responsibilities:
- Deploy and manage Office/Microsoft 365 environments.
- Implement and maintain Azure Active Directory (AD) environments.
- Deploy advanced Microsoft 365 services, including Enterprise Mobility + Security.
- Architect and design Office/Microsoft 365 service environments.
- Maintain Azure AD environments, including managing Group Policies.
- Implement infrastructure improvements for client environments.
- Assist in maintaining and deploying client applications and environments.
- Lead initiatives in researching and deploying new applications.
- Manage and coordinate IT projects for clients.
- Coordinate various IT staff and operations.
- Assist in managing support services and related deliverables.
- Collaborate with end-users and vendors to support applications and environments.
- Work with client stakeholders on strategy and vision.
- Regularly meet with clients, attend client meetings, and engage with executive management.
- Support client initiatives remotely and on-site.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of IT support experience preferred.
- At least one year of advanced experience with Office 365 is preferred.
- Solid experience in support management roles preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, critical support environment.
- Excellent reputation for supporting end-users and leading teams.
- Ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
- Willingness to learn and support new technologies and train others.
