We are looking for a skilled Veritas Enterprise Vault Consultant to join our team, specializing in the design, deployment, implementation, and technical support of Veritas Enterprise Vault solutions. This role requires hands-on experience with Enterprise Vault, particularly in Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory environments. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with a customer-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver reliable and scalable data archiving solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Deployment:Architect and design scalable archiving and retention solutions using Veritas Enterprise Vault for email and data management.
Deploy and configure Enterprise Vault in client environments, ensuring compatibility with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and other systems.
- Implementation and Technical Support:Manage end-to-end implementation of Enterprise Vault solutions, from initial setup to post-deployment testing and support.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Enterprise Vault, addressing issues related to data archiving, retrieval, and retention policies.
- Client and Team Collaboration:Act as the primary contact for clients, understanding their archiving requirements and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge, improve solutions, and ensure the highest level of service for clients.
- Documentation and Presentation:Create detailed documentation, including design specifications, deployment guidelines, and client-specific configurations.
Deliver presentations to clients, clearly communicating project goals, status, and technical details.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: 3-8 years of hands-on experience with Veritas Enterprise Vault, including design, deployment, and support, as well as integration with Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of Veritas Enterprise Vault and data archiving principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in data archiving contexts.
