Job Description
- Primary Skills MS Teams
- Secondary Skills- Exchange On-Premise, M365 .
- Be the team member for the customer on MS Teams/Skype Related BAU Services.
- Good experience of integrating enterprise Voice & Video.
- Good Understanding on concepts of basic Telecom with different technology.
- MS Teams - MUST demonstrate proven experience on Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams with Voice Integration.
- Support, optimize and maintain MS Teams/Enterprise Voice infrastructure with high availability.
- Troubleshooting on different modalities of Teams/Skype for Business such as Enterprise Voice, Unified Messaging, IM and Presence, VoIP.
- Candidate should be experienced in Support, optimize, and maintain Microsoft Teams and Enterprise Voice infrastructure with supported topologies and high availability.
- Monitoring and Reporting of Teams Design for call-detail recording and system monitoring.
- Good understanding in SBA and SBCs.
- Experience in troubleshooting Dial Plans, routes, PSTN usage, and Voice Policy, SIP Trunk integration, define outbound translation rules, inbound dial plan, SIP Call flow concepts, knowledge of call methods for Teams with Enterprise Voice & PBX Integration Experience.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Voice feature Call Admission Control, Call Park, Media Bypass, and Auto attendant etc.
- Hands on experience on MS Teams Troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent Knowledge on MS Teams PowerShell scripts.
- Experience in MS Teams Enterprise Voice troubleshooting.
- Good understanding in SFB On-Premises to MS Teams Migration Procedures.
- Very Good understanding in Teams Infrastructure.
- Good understanding in Teams Login issue troubleshooting.
- Very Good understanding in Teams Administration.
- Very Good Understanding and troubleshooting skills in Teams Voice Integration.
- Good understanding in Teams Call issue troubleshooting.
- Good Understanding and Work Experience in Exchange On-Premises Server 2010/2013/2016 Infrastructure.
- Good Understanding and Work experience in Office 365 Messaging Infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Be a Good Team Player of BAU messaging Team onsite and co-ordinate with offshore team members and Leads.
- Deliver the messaging related Services against the SLA requirements as per the contract on a daily basis.
- Resolve technical issues with help of the other members of the support team and update knowledge articles and other documentation when needed.
- Prepare and provide input in weekly and monthly SLA reporting.
- Ensure customer satisfaction on delivery of BAU Services related to messaging support in terms of availability and performance.
- Ensure basic security requirements are applied in terms of authorizations and patches.
- Understanding of customer strategy and Business requirements related to messaging services.
- Manage the execution of required/planned changes in accordance to the agreed process and schedule.
- Review pre-solution & for Delivery Assurance for new projects, which includes evaluation of requirements and mapping to appropriate technology.
- Provide technical support to project team(s) during different stages of a project related to messaging and ongoing migrations to Office365.
