Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MicroStrategy Business Intelligence Specialist to design, develop, and maintain data-driven solutions that empower decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MicroStrategy (MSTR), expertise in ETL pipelines, and deep knowledge of data modeling techniques and methodologies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable insights and robust data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage scalable MicroStrategy BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL pipelines to support efficient data integration and transformation.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Utilize data modeling techniques to design, test, and implement database schemas and structures for data warehousing and reporting needs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot MSTR platform performance, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance, support, and training to end-users on MicroStrategy tools and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in MicroStrategy (certification preferred).
• 3+ years of experience with ETL pipeline development using tools such as Informatica, Talend, or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of data modeling techniques (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema) and methodologies.
• Proficient in SQL and database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
