Some of the Key Responsibilities include:
Provide support to the trade life cycle of the Portfolio Teams across different APAC regions
Shall monitor trade flow and daily trade activities
Shall provide daily reporting including monitoring the Trade Regulatory Reporting and highlight any late trades
Work closely with the Operations head in supporting the day-to-day activities and handling relevant queries
To be eligible for this role you shall have.
At least 4- 6 years of relevant experience in a Hedge Fund, Investment firm or financial services company
Bachelors degree in accounting, Economics or Finance
Prior experience in Middle Office / Trade support in an Investment Firm
Ability to cover Teams shift arrangements to cover different APAC markets
To be able to interact with different stakeholders such as the traders, custodians and operations teams
Experience in the MS Office suite (macros/VBA and Python is highly desirable)
