Ministry Coordinator - Marketplace
Alpha Singapore is looking for an experienced and energetic Ministry Coordinator to oversee the delivery of Alpha resources, supporting the core work of the Alpha ministry in Singapore. The role also involves managing the production of events such as trainings, conferences, and fundraising events, from conception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Mange the promotion of Alpha in the Marketplace
- By developing and running strategic initiatives to grow connection with marketplace ministry leaders to grow interest in Alpha resources
- By holding introductory and exploratory meetings on the usage of Alpha in the marketplace
- Train and equip marketplace ministries to run great quality Alphas regularly
- Develop and update Alpha Training materials according to latest practices from Alpha
- Groom, equip and deploy Alpha Trainers to provide updated trainings to Churches and Organisations
- Help leaders & practitioners of strategic marketplace ministries to increase their quality of Alpha
- Develop strategic partners who can be a model for Alpha, and be a resource centre for other Alpha Practitioners
Other Skills:
- At least 1 year of lay ministry experience in a Christian marketplace group
- Excellent communication and listening skills, able to build rapport and trust with different types of people
- A heart to serve and equip churches to share the Gospel and a spiritual life centered on prayer
- Candidates with experience in running Alpha in the Marketplace will have an advantage
