Ministry Coordinator - Marriage and Parenting
Alpha Singapore is looking for an experienced and energetic Ministry Coordinator to oversee the delivery of the Alpha Marriage and Parenting resources, supporting the core work of the Alpha Family Life ministry in Singapore. The role also involves managing the production of events such as trainings, conferences, and fundraising events, from conception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Mange the promotion of the Marriage and Parenting Courses
- By developing and running strategic initiatives to grow connection with pastors and family life leaders, and grow interest in Marriage and Parenting resources
- By holding introductory and exploratory meetings on the Marriage & Parenting Courses
- Train and equip churches to run great quality Marriage and Parenting Courses regularly
- Develop and update Marriage and Parenting Courses materials according to latest practices
- Groom, equip and deploy Marriage & Parenting Courses Trainers to provide updated trainings to Churches and Organisations
- Help leaders & practitioners of strategic churches to increase their quality of Marriage and Parenting Courses
- Develop strategic partners who can be a model for Marriage & Parenting Courses and be a resource centre for other churches
Other Skills:
- At least 1 year of ministry experience in a family life ministry
- Excellent communication and listening skills, able to build rapport and trust with different types of people
- A heart to serve and equip churches to share the Gospel and to strengthen families
