MNC: KYC officer (6 months contract)

.Seeking for a KYC Officer with minimum 1 year of KYC experience in Compliance or credit experience from Commodities or Financial Institution or Banks.

THE COMPANY

This is an established MNC and the company is well-known in the market for their products and services. The company is expanding their operations and is seeking for a KYC Officer to be part of their KYC team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support KYC process to onboard new and existing counterparties (Companies or individuals)
• Receive/collect and review KYC documents
• Look out for/monitor adverse news/events, PEP, sanctions
• Report on findings
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on any KYC information required (Credit, Legal, Compliance, Trade Finance, Traders)
• Ensure smooth onboarding process of the counterparty
• Ensure KYC procedures are in line with the company guidelines
• Any other adhoc duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education
• Minimum 1 year of KYC experience in Compliance or credit experience from Commodities or Financial Institution or Banks
• Experience handling Worldcheck and/or Dow Jones
• Sharp, focus, meticulous and has good interpersonal and communication skills
