[MNC] Procurement Specialist (Sourcing & Negotiation)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing, evaluation and purchasing of materials
• Negotiate with vendors for competitive prices and quality
• Prepare purchasing document, quotation, tender, agreement and contracts
• Identify new and potential suppliers to expand supplier based to improve sourcing capabilities
• Prepare reports and statistics for management
• Perform inventory control and monitor stock movement
• Monitor and ensure on time delivery to ensure customer fulfilment
• Ensure compliance on quality standards, procurement policies and procedures
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 3 - 5 years of purchasing and procurement experience, preferably from electrical & electronics related industry
