Responsibilities
- Responsible for sourcing, evaluation and purchasing of materials
- Negotiate with vendors for competitive prices and quality
- Prepare purchasing document, quotation, tender, agreement and contracts
- Identify new and potential suppliers to expand supplier based to improve sourcing capabilities
- Prepare reports and statistics for management
- Perform inventory control and monitor stock movement
- Monitor and ensure on time delivery to ensure customer fulfilment
- Ensure compliance on quality standards, procurement policies and procedures
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3 - 5 years of purchasing and procurement experience, preferably from electrical & electronics related industry
