Mobility Meetings & Events Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of events from brief to reconciliation.
• Source venues, negotiate contracts, and manage logistics.
• Plan and manage event budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and timely reconciliation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and vendors, ensuring high service quality.
• Oversee event operations and provide on-site support when necessary.
• Maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
• Utilize event management tools and software (e.g., SharePoint, Cvent) for efficient planning and reporting.
• Implement company policies and ensure compliance throughout the event process.
• Continuously seek process improvements and best practices in event management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in event management, preferably in the hotel/catering or corporate environment.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget planning and financial reporting.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and event-specific tools.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of Singapore's restaurant, venue, and supplier landscape is a plus.
• Project management skills and experience with continuous improvement methodologies are advantageous.
