Molding Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of lens molding machines.
• Monitor and ensure optimal performance of all lens molding machines.
• Troubleshoot machines and train technicians in maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
• Assist supervisor with machine upgrades, modifications, and project-based tasks.
• Supervise and manage the cutting of inserts for lens production.
• Focus on reducing machine downtime and improving uptime for all lens molding machines

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in related field
• Proficiency in molding machine operation and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems.
• Proficient in both injection molding machines and vertical blow molding machines.
• Ability work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and supervisors.
