Responsibilities:
- Investigate vehicle repair history and informed to manager of any unusual claim
- Provide advise to customer on the best method to pursue their insurance claims and delivering the highest level of customer service
- Advise estimated repair cost for work to be done
- Responsible for making job sheets and orders
- Liaise and negotiate with surveyor/ insurance companies
- Provide advise on estimated repair cost of work and communicate with workshop foreman on the repair status
Requirements:
- Experienced as Motor Claim Advisor role will have added advantages
- Candidate with experience in motor trade in Body and Paint department will also have added advantages
