Job Overview:
As a Motorcycle Delivery Rider at EasyRide GrabFleet, you will play a vital role in Singapore's food delivery network, ensuring that meals and groceries are delivered efficiently and on time. This role requires a commitment to timely delivery, adherence to company guidelines, and reliability in meeting delivery assignments. With a focus on reliability and customer service, you'll be responsible for a range of delivery tasks within the Downtown Bukit Merah area, contributing to the success of Singapore's fast-paced food delivery ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Time Deliveries: Pick up and deliver food orders swiftly to meet customer expectations.
- Follow Guidelines: Comply with delivery instructions, use appropriate bags, and maintain food safety standards.
- Dependability: Ensure consistent performance by accepting and completing assigned deliveries with minimal cancellations.
- Daily Reporting: Conclude each workday with reporting and return company equipment as required.
- Physical Readiness: Maintain the physical fitness required for delivery demands, ensuring sustained service quality.
Qualifications:
- License: Valid Class 2B motorcycle license
- Location Knowledge: Familiarity with Downtown Bukit Merah is preferred
- Technical Skills: Basic ability to use smartphones and navigation apps
- Full-time Work Hours: 5-day work week (Monday to Friday), 12-hour shifts
