Job Summary
As part of Supply Chain Global Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) department, the MRO Supply Chain Gate 2 Leader Offload ensures all the parts will be available for assembly on the validated Gate 2 date during the engine shop visit.
As such, he/she is responsible for consolidating the solutions to meet the objectives of the shop visit in terms of Turnaround Time (TAT) and costs.
Job Description
- Identify and control the Part Numbers at risk for completing the engine repair on time throughout the shop visit.
- Ensure availability of parts on the Gate2 date validated in collaboration with Management Procurement Leader, suppliers and other actors of the Supply Chain
- Monitor flow of parts and modules according to criticality level
- Ensure that allocations of risky or critical parts are compatible with the customer demand (Shop Visit Coordinator and Sales Administration).
- Ensure the availability of a solution of recompletion original parts; transfer; spare parts on time and compatible with customer needs
- Identify and manage the risks to complete engine shop visit before deadline
- Prepare and lead dedicate meetings to review the status of engine completeness (weekly/daily).
- Implement milestones (SV1 & SV2) as defined in the Gate 2 project and execute them afterwards.
- Participate in the existing shop visit reviews for gate-to-gate monitoring.
Location
The position is based on Seletar site. Occasional business trips to the various sites of the MRO network are possible.

Required Skills
- Highly effective coordination and communication skills with the suppliers or customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of SAP and Power BI
- Self-starter with ability to work under pressure to deliver targets on time
- Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure with minimum supervision
Education and Experience
- Engineering degree
- Young graduate with at least an experience in Supply Chain (Representative internship / first experience in logistics) or experienced supply chain technician wishing to evolve on management positions
- Aerospace experience will be an added advantage
