We are currently looking for a Production Support Consultant to support and maintain the production environment to ensure availability of critical services for daily operations of business.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver 1st and 2nd line support for market application production services.

- Partner with the global support teams, infrastructure and development teams to ensure quality support to our end users.

- Report & escalate incidents to the appropriate chain of command with focus on business and technology communications to end users and senior management.

- Work with BCP coordinators to perform disaster recovery exercises and assist with audits.

- Carry out post incident review with development and infrastructure teams.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in production support in a financial service environment.

- Technical proficiency in Oracle SQL, UNIX-flavor operating systems, and automation tools.

- Familiar with ITIL incident change management environment.

- Functional knowledge in Equity and Derivatives products is a plus.

Additional Information:

- Location: HarbourFront

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.

- Competitive salary commensurate with experience, with 14 days of Annual Leave and above market medical coverage / insurance.

- Renewable contract until 14 July 2025, with 2 months notice period.
