We are currently looking for a Scrum Master to lead the implementation of payment engine platform, including successful integration of the platform with ecosystems

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective)

- Remove impediments and protect the team from external distractions

- Coach the team on Agile methodologies and Scrum framework

- Ensure the team understands and follows Scrum values and principles

- Measure delivery, maturity, and performance and review the metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

- Proven ability to lead agile teams and manage delivery of complex, integration technology-related projects in a matrix organization

- Familiar working with product and service vendors, and with the onshore-offshore delivery model

- Proven track record to drive senior level discussions

Additional Information:

- Location: HarbourFront

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.

- Competitive salary commensurate with experience, with 14 days of Annual Leave and above market medical coverage / insurance.

- 12-month renewable contract with 2 months notice period.
