Job Description
Multimedia Production
- Produce multimedia content for school.
- Provide videography/photography/animation support for coverage of school events and functions and provide editing.
- Work closely with ICT Support Team (i.e. ICT Associate, Desktop Engineers) on multimedia requirements and support required by staff.
Multimedia Administration
Support Teaching and Learning
- Maintain and update school website.
- Provide multimedia support (e.g. photography, video production) to facilitate the delivery of lessons and events.
- Support administration tasks for teaching and learning (e.g. Burning of DVDs/CDs, printing of media resources etc.)
- Provide technical advice in terms of multimedia hardware and software that the school can purchase to support the teaching and learning in curricular and co-curricular areas.
Other Support/Duties
- Assist ICT Associate in managing requests from staff.
- Archive, manage and organize the school's media collection. Other duties pertaining to the area of multimedia production and administrative work when assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum requirement of a relevant ITE/Higher NITEC, or equivalent certification on Multimedia knowledge
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Multimedia Specialist, preferably in a school context.
- Preferably have experience managing photo-taking or video-taking projects.
Technical Expertise:
- Experience in providing Multimedia Support (e.g. Photography and photo editing, Videography). . Have knowledge to maintain and update website.
Working hours
- Mondays to Fridays: 9:00am to 3:00pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

- Contract Period: From 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025
- With option to extend (Discretion)
