Responsibilities :
- Create engaging computer-based learning materials based on provided learning goals and timelines.
- Apply instructional design principles to the learning materials.
- Design Content Architecture, including curriculum design, content development, and training best practices with xAPI integration.
- Update and modify content according to client feedback on their learning platform.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Multimedia Design or any related higher qualification or related field.
- Possesses Instructional Design qualification from IAL, NIE, or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in training and development .
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, iSpring, basic UI/UX .
- Creating bite-sized videos & infographics, education/training apps, basic LMS knowledge (WizLearn, Canvaa, iLearn),and Microsoft Office.
