The National Human Resources Total Rewards Partner at Kuehne + Nagel in Singapore will be responsible for developing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits strategies. Your Role
The Total Rewards Partner at the national level is responsible for implementing and managing reward processes within the respective geography (country or cluster of countries). This role acts as the primary contact within the local organization, addressing knowledge gaps, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and adapting global TR strategies to fit the national context. The Total Rewards Partner will coordinate with the Global TR Partner and the Global TR Expert to effectively roll out changes and support local HR in understanding and adapting to new initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
Process Steering & Management:
- Implement and manage reward processes within the respective geography.
- Ensure local processes align with global standards and execute local implementation plans.
- Capture and address day-to-day requests related to TR analysis, job evaluation, international transfer analysis, and STI
- calculation/calibration from the Center of Excellence (COE).
- Ensure tax compliance within the Share Matching Plan (SMP).
- Administer the bonus calculation process and plan assignments for all employees within the geography.
Expert Advice:
- Act as the primary contact within the local organization for TR-related issues.
- Provide first-level support to local stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide training and guidance to local HR teams on TR processes and policies.
- Conduct regular analysis and monitoring of local market data to inform and adjust TR practices accordingly.
- Change & Implementation Management:
- Coordinate with the Global TR Partner to effectively roll out changes in the country/countries.
- Support local HR in understanding and adapting to new initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Analyze deviations from the global blueprint and ensure necessary local adaptations.
- Collect feedback from local stakeholders and provide insights to the Global TR Manager.
- Suggest improvements based on local needs and regulatory changes.
Success KPIs:
- TR Blueprint initiatives implemented without deviation.
- Number of requests and demands from the business successfully addressed.
- Response time and satisfaction ratings from local stakeholders.
- Effective management and alignment with local market trends.
- Process management according to the defined deliverables and timeline.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in analytical roles in C&B , Finance or other related areas in a global complex organization.
- At least 3 years work experience in a C&B role required.
- Solid financial background including understanding of legal, tax and employment legislation topics.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to deal with, synthesize and simplify large amount of data.
- Advanced skills in MS Office (in particular Excel).
