NDT Technician

Element has an opportunity for NDT Technician to join our rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) and be proficient in various conventional NDT methods including Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), Dye Penetrant (DP), and Radiographic Testing (RT). This role involves fieldwork and requires a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

This role will be based in Jalan Boon Lay, Singapore.

Job Duties:

• Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using PAUT, MPI, DP, and RT methods in accordance with industry standards and client specifications and conduct thorough inspections and interpret test results to identify any defects or irregularities
• Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and documentation and ensure all testing equipment is calibrated and in proper working condition
• Comply with all safety regulations and protocols while conducting fieldwork and collaborate with team members and clients to provide accurate and timely testing services
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge
• Assist in the development and implementation of NDT procedures and techniques

Job Requirements:

• Certification as an NDT Technician Level 2 in PAUT, MPI, DP, and RT
• Proven experience in conducting PAUT in a field setting
• Strong understanding of NDT principles, techniques, and equipment
• Ability to interpret and analyze inspection results accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
