Overall role and scope:
- Design, develop and deploy the document/correspondence templates using CCM solution, following IT standards and processes.
- Liaise or follow up with business analysts and users for understanding business requirements and objectives, and translate them into technical applications and solutions.
- Work with other IT teams to ensure the integration between application systems are in place.
- Provide and develop solutions to improve understand of the performance and scalability of the system.
- Work with a small team of software engineers to develop and test solutions, and review their work to ensure it meets the requirements and of quality.
- Fully participate in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including documentation. Experience with Agile methodology is also preferred.
Technical skillsets:
- Experience with Precisely (Pitney Bowes) EngageOne Designer or any CCM/document template designer tools. (Training can be provided)
- Experience with Automate BPA and Spectrum ETL tools. (Training can be provided)
- Experience & proficient with SQL Server 2016 and above.
- Experience & proficient with VB Script, XML, XSD. . Experience & proficient with .NET/ASP.NET/Entity Framework.
- Experience with MS Visual Studio (2015 preferred).
- Experience with JAVA is also preferred.
Competencies:
- 4-5 years of working experience as an IT Developer/Software Engineer.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Meticulous and good attention to detail.
- Possess a good working attitude and self-motivated to learn. Able to appreciate and be open and adaptable to new and different technologies.
