Net Revenue Management Director

The Net Revenue Management Director will drive incremental profit for General Medicine globally by identifying data driven price & trade spend opportunities, In addition they will be the business owner of GSKs Pricing Analytics platform.
Recruitment is open across UK and Singapore and flexibility will be given to those within these locations.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Shape the vision of Net Revenue Management (NRM) and embed NRM in the mindset and culture globally.
Translate the vision into an actionable roadmap and drive the execution through regions and LOCs.
Lead projects and country deep dives to identify incremental profit opportunities through pricing and G2N.
Meet LOCs where they are and evolve capabilities through country deep dives from descriptive and diagnostic analytics to advanced analytics.
Build a vast network across LOC LTs and global and manage a diverse set of stakeholders from local to global, across geographies and functions (from manager to SVP)
Connect and drive collaboration across functions like Commercial Trade Channel, Finance, Pricing and Market Access and commercial)
Provide NRM guidance and recommendations to Global brand teams to maximize net revenue opportunities in key markets.
Evolve and adapt a governance structure with commercial and finance (Performance Reviews, regional reviews, global opportunity map)
Evolve and adapt the end-to-end NRM process and framework, as required.
Owner of GSKs Global Pharma Pricing & Analytics platform (PACA) o Lead an Off-shore team, that is focused on providing pricing insights through data and analytics.
Shape and oversee a roadmap to drive data driven optimization and work with tech to deliver.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an Engineering/ Business/ Finance related subject.
Considerable commercial experience gained in a commercial function within Pharma, Revenue Management, FMCG or Finance Industry.
Demonstrated ability to iterate between high-level strategic thinking and detailed operation implementation elements.
Demonstrated excellence in effective communications, Influencing, data analytics, stakeholder management, and negotiation for a wide variety of audiences.
Strong experience in driving performance through LOC and process Improvement.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Masters degree in a relevant subject such as Engineering/ Business/ Finance related subject.
Ability to deliver actionable insights from the consolidation of data and intelligence from multiple sources.
High level of problem solving e.g. the ability to look at available data sources, identify gaps and know how to utilise technology solutions that allow the consolidation of into concise dashboards that can be used by non-SMEs.
Working with multiple markets across cultures to understand environments and strategies.
Advanced analytics capabilities and experience with MS Data Bricks, Azure, and programming languages such Python and R.
