Job Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consultation, solution recommendations, and product knowledge to support the sales team.
- Identify customer business and technical needs, and create sales opportunities by offering appropriate solutions.
- Design tailored solutions to achieve customer business goals while maximizing their investment and ensuring satisfaction.
- Present solutions to customers and prepare technical proposals, including cost estimates.
- Stay current with market trends to address evolving customer needs and identify new products/services to enhance existing solutions.
- Collaborate closely with key technology and business partners to build and strengthen business relationships.
- Transfer completed projects to the post-sales team for implementation and support.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring retention, and explore opportunities for upselling services.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of IT experience in Network and Data Center solutions.
- Experience with one or more of the following is a plus: Cisco Data Center technologies, network security (firewall, VPN, etc.), Cisco ISE, Cisco WLAN.
- Strong business acumen with a keen interest in staying updated on emerging technologies.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Strong consultative skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with various levels of customer personnel and identify new opportunities for business growth within existing clients.
