Create and maintain technical documentation (network diagrams, configurations).
Assist in network design and implementation.
Experience:
8 - 10 years of experience in supporting, configuration, maintenance, and upgrading corporate customer's network devices.
CCNP certified (Routing and Switching).
Good understanding and hands-on experience of networking protocols like routing and switching and Wireless (Physical experience in data centres for all Network devices/equipment).
Experience in Firewall configuration and network security policy implementation. Hands-on experience on FortiGate/Cisco/Palo Alto/Aruba/ Huawei is desirable.
Experience in debugging and fixing technical problems in network by coordinating with vendors, data centre and onsite support teams whenever required.
Have experience in creating network documents and flow diagrams.
Hands-on remote access and site to site VPN.
Experience in monitoring tools like solar wind, NMS, Wireshark, MRTG Cacti etc.
Knowledge of Windows, Linux and Load Balancer will be added advantage.
