Network Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Oversees projects management and implementation

2. Codify implementation design into documented for end user's record

3. Conduct training and presentation for team members and end-users

4. Provide technical testing or support to pre-sales engineer/customer on the network setup

5. Assist on technical communications with customer/partner, to ensure closure of sales order

6. Ensuring that the solution can deliver on the customer's requirements

7. Maintain rapport with customers and competence in managing vendors

8. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirement

. Degree/Diploma in IT Networking or equivalent

. At least 1 years of work experience in a SI environment with network & security skillset

. Good IT knowledge in OSI 7 Layer, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies and network security

. Able to configure CISCO, Fortinet, Juniper, Firewall & Antivirus, and other security software.

. Experience with CISCO core switches, Access Points (Wireless)

. Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision

. Excellent in communication and analytical skill

. Experience in network security projects implementation

. Positive working attitude and a good team player

. Willing to work extended office hours and after office hours when needed

. Exposure to GPU servers, security solution such as Firewall, local balancer or endpoint protection will be an added advantage
