Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for networking, IPBX, and related systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to networking, cloud applications, and telecommunications systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors for integration, testing, and deployment of new products and releases.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Participate in testing and deployment of new hardware and software releases.
- Be prepared to work overtime during project deployments or emergencies and travel overseas for training or projects.
