Network Engineer

Our client is a well-established multinational corporation, serving as a one-stop communication provider in Southeast Asia. They offer comprehensive solutions and services to meet diverse business needs in the region. They are seeking a skilled Network Engineer - Managed Technical Services to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support network infrastructure: hardware, software, routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, SDN, office IT.

Handle standby work (24/7) and ad-hoc maintenance tasks.

Maintain documentation, reporting, and task tracking.

Provide technical support: incident troubleshooting, issue resolution, and firmware updates.

Requirements:

3-5 years of network infrastructure experience.

Strong responsibility, urgency, and documentation skills.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in WAN/LAN technologies, routers, switches, firewalls, cloud networking (Azure/AWS), and security solutions.
