We are seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Engineer to deliver enterprise-level end-user computing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver essential enterprise-grade network services.
- Implement new initiatives and enhancements, leveraging innovative network technologies.
- Collaborate with team leaders and external service providers to plan, manage, and execute projects aimed at maintaining, improving, or developing network services, enhancing overall service quality and delivery.
- Partner with Central ICT Infrastructure capability centres to design optimal network solutions that align with the current and future infrastructure needs of agencies.
- Lead projects to standardize network services across agencies, reducing operational overhead and improving service satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in enterprise-level ICT infrastructure for end-point services.
