Working Hours: Monday - Thursday (8.30am - 6pm), Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm) (Hybrid working arrangement)

We are seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to deliver enterprise-level end-user computing services to Public Service agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver essential enterprise-grade network services to Public Service agencies.
- Implement new initiatives and enhancements, leveraging innovative network technologies to address the needs of progressive Public Service agencies.
- Collaborate with team leaders and external service providers to plan, manage, and execute projects aimed at maintaining, improving, or developing network services, enhancing overall service quality and delivery.
- Partner with Central ICT Infrastructure capability centres to design optimal network solutions that align with the current and future infrastructure needs of Public Service agencies.
- Lead projects to standardize network services across Public Service agencies, reducing operational overhead and improving service satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in enterprise-level ICT infrastructure for end-point services.
