We are recruiting for a Network Security Presales Consultant for our client, a leading Global Cyber Security Distributor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement network security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM tools (e.g., Tenable) to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Manage and maintain Network Access Control (NAC) systems, specifically using tools like Forescout.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams
- Conduct Proof-Of-Concept (POC) and prepare technical proposals
- Conduct solution presentation and workshops
- Provide pre and post-sales support
- Propose and explore new and upcoming technologies in the market
- Provide technical support and guidance to other teams regarding security protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in network security or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Tenable) and NAC solutions (e.g., Forescout).
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, or similar) are a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud security principles and practices.
