Network Technician (Ref 25784)

Responsibilities

. Responsible for installing, amending, and removing unnecessary cablings and other network peripherals.

. Install well-functioning computer networks, connections, and cabling.

. Perform troubleshooting to system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long term efficiency of network.

. Inspect LAN infrastructure and fix minor or major problems/bugs.

. Test and configure software and maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices.

. Evaluate network performance and find ways of improvement

Requirements

. Diploma in Computer Science / IT or equivalent

. Minimum 1 year of experience in hands-on experience with common software and hardware installation and deployment

. Equipped with Basic Network Connectivity Testing and Cable Testing experience

. Proven experience as network technician or relevant position

. Experienced in Layer 1 Physical administration in enterprise DC and Port Environment.

. Must possess a valid class 3 driving license
